Inclusive Growth

Building Pathways to Economic Independence

ARSDO promotes inclusive economic growth by creating opportunities for women, youth, marginalized groups, returnees and internally displaced people to participate meaningfully in local economies. We believe that economic empowerment is fundamental to reducing poverty, strengthening resilience, establishing peace, reducing massive migration and improving quality of life.

Our programs equip individuals with vocational skills, entrepreneurial knowledge, financial literacy, and access to productive resources. We support small business development, employment generation, market access, and income diversification while addressing social and structural barriers that limit economic participation.

Special emphasis is placed on empowering women and young people to become economically independent, contribute to household income, and actively participate in community development.
