Dr Sadaqat Yaqubi has over 24 years of experience in program management, health facilities� and emergency response management, in leading roles; with UNDP, IFRC, International and National NGOs, of delivering program interventions across the country.
His background includes managing institutions, BPHS, EPHS, SRH/STI, HIV/AIDS, WASH, PSEA, Safeguarding and emergency health programs. He has strong background in coordinating multi-sectorial teams, being active member of working groups and managing multi-million-dollar grants. Dr Yaqubi has hands-on experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, budgeting, day to day administrative support and stakeholder coordination, as well as facilitating training sessions and translating health materials into Pashto and Dari.
