Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programme (TSFP) for treatment of Moderate Acute Malnourished (MAM) children aged 6-59 months and Acute Malnourished Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women (AM-PBW).

• MAM children and acutely malnourished PLW are enrolled, receive specialized nutritious foods (SNF) and appropriate medical/nutrition follow-up.
• To control the spread of communicable diseases;
• Timely referral of deteriorating cases to Outpatient Therapeutic Programs (OTP) or stabilization centers and Inpatient Therapeutic Programs (ITP).
• Discharged beneficiaries maintain improved nutritional status through post-discharge follow-up and nutrition counselling.
• Recovery (cure) rate among discharged MAM children ≥ 75%.
• Default rate ≤ 15%.
• Death rate ≤ 3%.
• % of PLW showing improved MUAC or weight gain at discharge ≥ 80%.

1-Pregnant and breastfeeding women and caregivers of MAM children demonstrate improved understanding of optimal IYCF, maternal diet, hygiene, and care-seeking practices.
2- Community health volunteers and facility staff are trained and supervised to deliver quality SBC sessions and screening.
3- Community engagement through group discussions and household counselling promotes sustained behavior change.
