Currently serving as an RH Officer with ARSDO, she has successfully supported healthcare systems, capacity-building initiatives, and program monitoring across organizations including AYSO, TACT, and AADA.
Shafia holds a Bachelor�s Degree in Midwifery from Khatam Al-Nabieen University and brings specialized expertise in quality assurance, supportive supervision, and leadership development. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, Nuristani, English, and Urdu, she is committed to strengthening health systems and achieving equitable health outcomes for vulnerable women and communities.
